The “Proof of Concept – 2025” program has been launched
In order to support the early stages of innovation developments at the University, the innovation enterprise of the University of Veterinary Medicine Budapest, VET-INNO TTC Kft. has established the “Proof of Concept – 2025” Program (hereinafter referred to as the PoC Program). You can participate in the PoC Program through a tender. The aim of the PoC Program is to obtain basic experimental proof of the feasibility of an idea with a possible industrial/economic application. Accordingly, in the PoC Program, we are looking for applications that aim to obtain experimental evidence of an idea, i.e. to fundamentally prove the scientific/technological feasibility of the idea.
The application helps the Idea Owners by providing the necessary financial resources for the performance of basic research tasks, for the performance of experiments that fit the nature of the innovation and prove the operation of the innovation. Within the framework of this PoC Program, the following new ideas can be applied for, promising market utilization, but still in the initial phase, which are still waiting to be piloted:
- medicines, medicinal products, feed, additives;
- software, application, application;
- procedure, method, diagnostic procedure, cure;
- device;
- test system (e.g. cell line).
An application can win a grant of HUF 5-15 million. Applicants for support:
- Teachers and researchers of the University of Pécs can apply for the competition.
- A person may submit more than one application in one call for applications.
- The person submitting the application may participate in the implementation of another person’s application as a contributor.
